Pericles is the ancient elephant of Charleston. Inspired by the energy of the Ancient Camel, he represents with at least three projects including his recent addition to the lineup of Chronicles of the Landsquid. Pericles is creating some of the most original dubstep and psychedelic glitchscapes on the East Coast, dropping live pa sets of all original sounds and receiving airplay on Asheville's Freq Lab on Main.fm, WNCW's Dubatomic Particles, and numerous independent and college radio networks.
Since beginning this project in 2007, he has shared the stage throughout the southeast with a who’s who of 21st century electronic music including Shpongle, Ott, The New Deal, Ana Sia, Pretty Lights, Mochipet, Big Gigantic, Ooah, Quetzatl, Eliot Lipp, and recent productions have been picked up to be released by Asheville, NC based Waverform Modulations and San Francisco based Street Ritual record labels.
Pericles has been representing with the Wondrous Temple of Boom since 2009 and in 2010 joined the roster at MacDaniel Productions.

"Rafael" encapsulates my favorite sound creations over the last five months. Some of the music has made appearances in my sets in earlier forms, other compositions are brand new, and some have been fished out from the deepest chasms of my hard drive a...nd revitalized just for this. However, since I wanted this mix to be as fresh as possible, I remixed/re-EQed/re-mastered every single track you'll hear on "Rafael".
I've never been more excited and proud to present the work of this particular life to all my friends and fans. The sounds that make up the hour plus of "Rafael" mark my journey as an intergalactic being experiencing this strange earthly incarnation. This sonic data streams from the stars, and I have provided many star keys within these frequencies in the hopes that fellow extra- crunk terrestrials might reconnect with their ancient origins.
I am also very excited and proud to present these sounds to a wider audience on behalf of our Star Brothers, whom PERICLES is channeling.
